7+ years of experience. Competencies in designing and delivering enterprise applications.
Expertise in application frameworks, object modeling and using design patterns.
Ability to foster developers by providing technical direction and mentoring. A drive

Microsoft AX Developer/Analyst
2-3 years of experience in X++ and Axapta, along with good manufacturing industry knowledge
for about 3-4 years. Should know what is a BOM, a route, a production order,
how to calculate standard cost, etc. Experience using the AX tools for
web development via the enterprise portal is preferred, should possess
excellent communication skills with experience dealing with US counterparts and clients.

Asst Architect/Sr. Developer/Tech lead – Eclipse
A tech savvy who has been coding in the last 1 year as well with extensive coding
experience in core Java, Eclipse and products developed on Eclipse, frameworks like
Struts, Hibernate, Springs. Should have good exposure and Expert knowledge on EMF
(Eclipse modeling framework). Very strong understanding of OO design, Database
concepts & Design, SQL, XML, basic Java. Also good knowledge on Design Patterns,
technology agnostic and eagerness to cross-train and learn other technologies.
Working knowledge and proponent of JUnit, Unit testing, TDD, continuous
integration. Ability and eagerness to provide technical direction to the

4+ years of extensive coding experience on Core Java (AWT/Swing, Multi-threading,
Collections concepts and Messaging), J2EE technologies eclipse/WSAD/RAD, should
have worked with any one of the application servers like IBM WebSphere. Working
experience on build tools like Ant is required. Should have working knowledge on IBM
DB2 or any such similar databases and should be able to write good SQL scripts.
Should have very strong understanding of OO design, Database concepts, XML and
