Custom Software Development with Java

From Applets to Enterprise Architecture we do Java.

SpiderLogic has extensive experience with Java software development and architecture. For over 10 years we have been recognized as java experts by the Wisconsin Java community. We can help you with Enterprise Architecture decisions using JEE and EJB. In addition, we can help you to fine tune your Spring & Hibernate application. We use all of the best of breed Java tools and frameworks.

Example Projects We've Done using Java

  • Property & Casualty Insurance Provider

SpiderLogic designed and built an application architecture that supported a remote field application with a rich user interface and strong business rule validation. SpiderLogic then worked closely with client professionals to design and build their first field application: a system that supports policy data collection, quoting, and document production. One of the key by-products of this effort was the SpiderLogic training and mentoring of the existing IT RPG technical staff to be able to work effectively in a Java environment.

Increase revenue and radically improve workflow by using the web to provide sales reps, agents and customers with access to previously unavailable policy quote and issue functionality.

  • Document Image Editing Applet

Allowed for remote workers at a medical records processor to make annotation and corrections to faxed documents enabling the remote workforce to be as productive as if they were in the office. This was integrated with a PHP backend using a REST service to transfer completed images back to the server.
